How returns and refunds work at MOTHER LOOM.
- Return window
- 7 days from delivery
- Collection
- You ship it back to the address shown on your order
- Refund
- Online payments go back to the original method; cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer
How to Return

Go to My Orders and open the order you want to return.

Choose Request Return and select a reason.

Ship the parcel to the address shown on that order's return page and keep the tracking number.

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued as shown above.
